TOFTigers PUG and Footprint Ecorating
TOFTigers operates a supply chain pressure campaign involving more than 200 travel trade supporters. A central strand is the PUG and Footprint eco-rating certification for accommodation providers in wild & nature destination, a gold standard recognised standards by the UN-backed Global Sustainable Tourism Council, the first of its kind in South Asia. Already covering more than 70 places to stay in India and Nepal, TOFTigers aims to extend the PUG & Footprint -mark’s to reach across the continent to ensure a sustainable future not only for nature and local communities but also for all our futures.
