Hello everyone, I run guided tours under the name of "Kutch Adventures India" in Kutch region, Gujarat-state of India for last 9 years and from the very beginning my goal is not only to earn money by hosting and touring people around but also to support local cultural heritage by inviting tourists to visit this corner of India where culture and traditions have been preserved for centuries. Having strong community relationship and deep love for my culture and communities living in Kutch, I am trying to sustain cultural heritage we have here and that doesn't get spoiled under the urbanization or tourism. I've worked with local NGOs for more than 3 years after the Earthquake of 2001 so I know and value the harmonious existence of people in Kutch that remained quite detached from the outer world but recent development post earthquake of 2001 and growth of tourism is becoming bit challenging for my region-Kutch and being environmentally conscious and culturally sensitive I have even more difficult role to play to support tourism activities as well not to let it become mass tourism.
