Contact Kutch Adventures India

Kutch Adventures India was created out of a drive to revive the desert landscape of Gujarat, India, after its destruction in the 2001 earthquake, one of India’s worst natural disasters. The community-focused business was founded by a local resident, Kuldip Gadhvi in 2010 leading tours and hosting homestays for tourists.

Having worked on post-earthquake projects in the community, Kuldip Gadhvi gained good working relationships with local people, which gave him the confidence to work hand in hand with them on guided tours and creating homestays. The latter are a new concept for Kutch, with Gadhvi educating villagers about how responsible tourists were keen to get an insight into their daily activities, such as cooking, farming and artisanal skills.

“Kutch Adventures India” makes positive contributions to the conservation of Culture and Tradition of Kutch region besides helping locals to get involved in rural and responsible tourism. The connections that Kuldip Gadhvi has developed with local communities of Kutch, who are known for their extraordinary culture and lifestyle which are attracting visitors from all over the world today, is personal and precious for visitors.
