I am the founder of My Green Butler, the first smart service to persuade guests to save resources, reduce waste and cut carbon emissions. My Green Butler advises guests how to save, provides feedback and recommends more sustainable activities. My PhD research found that guests enjoyed the interaction, found the advice informative and saved between 30-20 in resource use.
