Geotrend company is a local tour operator in Georgia (country in Caucasus) that run private and ultra-small group tours with a special emphasis on responsible and eco-friendly travel. We have almost eliminated use of plastic on our tours by introducing locally clay-made water bottles, and aluminium bottles. We strive to use where possible vehicles on hybrid engine, reducing negative impact on the remote areas we take our tourists to.
While drafting our programs or customizing travel plans for our guests we include only those places of interest that also strive to run their businesses and activities based on sustainable development idea. We support small local farmers, artisans of all kinds, and enterpreneurs by bringing our travelers to them, and providing an additional income.
We run a "Give Back" initiative by supporting reforestation project in Adjameti Protected Areas of Georgia. Part of the revenue we generate is donated to this project.
