The direct and indirect economic contribution of tourism to the destination’s economy is monitored and publicly reported at least annually. To the extent feasible, this should include visitor expenditure, revenue per available room, employment and investment data. INDICATORS: • Regular monitoring and reporting of visitor expenditure data, revenue per available room, employment and investment data.
• Regular monitoring and reporting at least annually of direct and indirect contributions of tourism.
• Collection and public reporting at least annually of tourism-related employment data, disaggregated by gender and age group. |
