The destination protects, monitors, and safeguards local resident access to natural, historical, archaeological, religious, spiritual, and cultural sites. INDICATORS: • Programs to monitor, protect, and rehabilitate or restore public access by locals and domestic visitors to natural and cultural sites.
• Monitoring of behaviour and characteristics of local, domestic and foreign visitors to tourist sites and attractions.
