The association aims at contributing to the progress and enhancement of the hotel and tourist industry, protection of those employed in the restaurant and hotel business and parallel training. Its activity is targeted at youths, unemployed, women, student.
L'associazione contribuisce al progresso ed alla valorizzazione del settore alberghiero e turistico in genere, tutela i lavoratori impiegati in questo campo e li forma. Si rivolge a giovani, disoccupati, donne, studenti e bambini.
