PROTECTA was wstablished by students participating in the student protests in 1996-1997 with the aim to encourage young people to participate in public life at local and national level.

PROTECTA (Centro per lo Sviluppo di una Società Civile) è stata creata da quegli studenti che nel 1996-1997 parteciparono alle proteste studentesche per incoraggiare la partecipazione dei giovani alla vita pubblica locale e nazionale.
