What’s being Mediterranean ? How protecting our common resources ? How promoting our heritage ?

Here are some reflexions that have been shared by 15 students from 11 countries (Algeria, Austria, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Italy, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Spain and Tunisia) during the first Summer School organized by UNIMED, in collaboration with the Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme and ‘nnumari. During one week, together with teachers, journalists, experts from international organizations, these students and young researchers – in social sciences and humanities – debated on the Mediterranean identity.

By organizing this Summer school, UNIMED and its partners offered a multidisciplinary space for dialogue and tried to improve their knowledge on the value of our common resources.  For UNIMED, it was also a way to embody the idea and recall for a Mediterranean generation.
