All single items are linked with their certificate's profile as green proof.

“Going Green” toolkit for businesses and destinations

To find appropriate certificates the Tourism2030 - Certification Quickfinder allows to filter the 200+ certification programmes worldwide per country, market place categories, sustainability and credibility level. Each participating certificate is presented with its profile and with direct links to its green travel map, to its standards and to other supporting information.

The Green Mapping service for National Tourism Organisations and for destinations support the monitoring and “greening” of their tourism offer: with the Going Green toolkit they can register in their own folders their hotels and camping sites, attractions and activities, recommend to them appropriate certificates, monitor and use their green travel map for decision making and marketing.

Bringing green tourism to tour operators and travel agencies

In agreement with certification programmes ECOTRANS is forwarding the lists of certified tourism to those who wish to bring the better choice closer to the consumer: tour operators, travel agencies, online booking platforms.

Latest news on this: TravelPort announced at the Swiss Sustainable Tourism Day that from 2020 they will integrate the Tourism2030 - Green Travel Maps with their CETS/Powersearch booking system as a contribution to the Sustainable Development Goal 12 on Sustainable Consumption and Production.
